Overview:
The Onboarding Education Coordinator provides comprehensive support in planning, scheduling, tracking, and implementing new hire training across the Mercy Health system. This role ensures timely and accurate class registration, training schedules, supports automation and HR system processes upon hire and throughout the caregivers' tenure with Mercy. The coordinator also assists with system upgrades and process improvements, ensuring compliance with continuing education standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in training/process coordination, HR support, or a related field.
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Other: Preferred Qualifications:Certification(s): HR certification (HR, SHRM-CP)Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: ● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EHR systems, HR systems, and learning management systems, Microsoft products, learn computer applications quickly.● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to research and resolve issues efficiently. ● Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining data, records and documentation.● Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new processes and systems quickly. Strong attention to detail, strong excel skills and keep track of multiple data entries.
