Elevate Your Subspecialty Practice at a Premier Regional Referral Center
Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a fellowship-trained Otologist or Otologist–Neurotologist to join our expanding, high-volume ENT program. This is a unique opportunity to practice at a tertiary referral hub serving a four-state region of nearly 2 million patients, with strong demand and immediate case volume.
You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a well-established program that continues to grow in complexity and reach. With only one fellowship-trained otologist currently covering the region, this role offers the chance to quickly build a robust, advanced subspecialty practice.

- 3 Head & Neck Microvascular Surgeons
- Skull Base Neurosurgery & Neurointerventional specialists
- 3 General Otolaryngologists
- ENT Allergy services
- 6 Audiologists, 3 Vestibular Therapists, 6 Speech-Language Pathologists
- Facial Plastic Surgery
Position Highlights
- Negotiable $550,000 salary + sign-on bonus + stipend opportunities
- General ENT call: 1 in 9–10 (primarily coverage only)
- Hospital-employed model with excellent access to ORs and ambulatory surgery centers
