As a Practice Manager at Mercy, you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice. You'll oversee daily workflows, manage and support caregivers, and drive initiatives that enhance patient care, team performance, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the practice
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or supervisory role
