Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Mercy Clinic Southfork is seeking a skilled and motivated Practice Manager to lead operations at our Spine & Pain specialty clinic. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting clinical excellence, optimizing workflows, and fostering a positive team environment.
Overview:
The Practice Manager has a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing caregivers, optimizing workflow efficiency and quality, and ensuring exceptional patient care delivery. This position contributes to the success and growth of the practice while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school Diploma or equivalent Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Experience:1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience
- Preferred Education:Bachelors degree
