Overview:

The Real Estate Assistant will support Real Estate Management in various real estate duties, as well as handle a diverse set of responsibilities within the department including but not limited to: accounting functions, recordkeeping, lease administration assistance, contract management assistance, and property management coordination serving a large portfolio of medical office buildings. Serve as property management back-up while managers are out of the office. These property management coordination and lease administrative duties require broad experience, skill, and knowledge of real estate management policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience working in commercial real estate industry or related field.
• Required Education: Associate Degree in business or equivalent in real estate or related field.
• Other: Very detailed, organized and be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines at any given time. Must also be professional and customer oriented and be able to communicate with co-workers, management, tenants and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with property management software beneficial.
