The Manager, Financial Systems & Data Excellence provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Mercy's financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system optimization across multiple stakeholder areas. This role manages a team of finance application analysts and senior consultants, serves as the primary administrator for the Infor-Lawson General Ledger and related modules, and drives cross-functional coordination for system upgrades, integrations, and reporting. The manager champions process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to support accurate financial reporting and audit readiness. Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in financial systems administration or ERP management; prior leadership experience required.


Strong knowledge of Lawson ERP, data integration, reporting tools, and change management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology or Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration

-    Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively allocate resources between multiple projects.
