This role requires strong clinic management experience, proven capability in leading clinical operations, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise caregivers and support staff to ensure excellent patient experience and engagement.
Provide orientation, role-based training, and ongoing performance management.
Oversee clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and provider access.
Lead patient experience initiatives, including service recovery and action plans.
Communicate regularly with physicians, APPs, and caregivers to support clinic goals.
Monitor financial performance, visit volumes, denials, and prior authorizations.
Ensure timely completion of department work queues (GFE, Referral In, Follow-Up).
Use EHR and technology tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
Maintain operational standards, policies, and a safe, efficient clinic environment.
Analyze key performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Support leadership with goal attainment, planning, and productivity initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
5 years of healthcare or supervisor experience
Experience in a physician clinic setting required
