**Qualifications:**

- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help individuals in need.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
