Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support requirement varies by unit
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support requirement varies by unit
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required for specific units
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure may be required for specific units
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course may or may not be required for ER RNs
• Primary Source Verification for SC RN License required
• IV Therapy certification may be required for certain LPN positions
• Educational and background check requirements for credentials and licenses

Job Details
• Position / Specialty: ICU RN ***12 weeks***
• Shift: Will accept 3x12s or 4x12s, 7p -7a (Requesting 4x12s if possible)
• Ratios: 1:2 - 1:3
• Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
• Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No
• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
• Call Out Policy: After 2 call outs (per contract) without a documented medical reason, a contract will be considered for cancellation.

Job Requirements
• Years of experience REQ: 2 years
• First-timers accepted: Yes, but must have 2 years of experience in ICU
• License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start.
• Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Special Requirements: CRRT experience required
• Trauma Level REQ: N/A

Schedule Information
• Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): This unit does self-scheduling, schedule is every 6 weeks
• RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. No additional PTO will be approved after accepting the assignment. All PTO must be on the contract to be considered. Schedules must be flexible to fill the needs of the unit.
