Pay Range: $38.09-47.23 hourly
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As an EDIC Project Specialist at NFM you will oversee professional design and service of complex electronic systems. You will approve sales design and submit approved project for installation while maintaining service calendar to provide timely repair. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining contact with builders/architects and customer to create the electronics experience in their homes they will love.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Create a Plan: Supervise and direct resources by monitoring and prioritizing workflow - ensuring that work is being completed per project schedule
- Collaborate: Manage expectations of quality and performance of Install team leader
- Play Your Part: Handle unique or unusual situations, situations needing special handling or attention, complex service problems and issues that come up during installations
- Install: Direct and monitor the installation of products using wiring diagrams, architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Make it Flawless:Serve as a concierge consultant for client when performing elaborate/complex installations
- Resolve:Work directly with service agencies on complex warranty repair - return paperwork to office for NFM's reimbursement of parts and service

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 6 years customer contact experience required
- 6 years advanced electrical wiring required
- 6 years experience in electronics Design or Installation
- CEDIA ESC-T, ESC-D required
- ESC-N or other industry recognized certifications or degrees preferred
- Must have thorough knowledge of home theater, home automation, A/V surveillance distribution, phone systems and home network systems
- Advanced knowledge in all phases of construction
- Expert knowledge of all current automation systems
- Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license
- Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
