Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

As NFM's Sales Assistant, you'll be the go-to partner for both internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. Acting as the central point of contact for NFM's sales teams, you'll streamline communication and empower collaboration across departments, making you an indispensable part of our success story. Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor Research and study product information
  • Manage Provide necessary point-of-sale information. Close sales
  • Support Accurately write and enter bids/orders, including pre-install measures. Support outside sales teams
  • Assist Approach customers in a timely manner on the sales floor and promptly answer telephones
  • Collaborate When applicable, support install team with order maintenance, and scheduling of follow up calls

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment
  • English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
