Our customers come to you – no cold calling! Our top sales professionals can make over $130,000 per year. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred Excellent communication skills Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude Customer centric and enjoys serving others Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
