At NorthBay Health, the Director of Communication is a key role responsible for leading the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that support the health system's strategic goals. The Director of Communications will be responsible for fostering a transparent, engaging culture within NorthBay Health, managing cross-functional communications programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience equaling 8 years minimum in the field.
Experience: Ten (10) years of successful experience in communication leadership, including expertise in internal communications, media relations and crisis communication. Proven track record in leading and developing communications teams.
Skills: Expertise in strategic communications planning, brand integration, and digital messaging. Strong skills in project management, oral/written communication, and relationship building. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Experience in healthcare is highly desirable. Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.

Compensation: $185k to $195k based on years of experience doing the duties of the role.
