The Department of Psychiatry at Northwell Health is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join the Pediatric Psychiatric Emergency Service at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. We are seeking applicants with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills who have a passion for collaboration and innovation.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work for the region's largest Pediatric Emergency Psychiatry Service which includes the Behavioral Health Emergency Service embedded in the Pediatric Emergency Department and the Pediatric Behavioral Health Urgent Care – a hospital based ambulatory crisis service that provides walk in assessments and short-term crisis care. Large multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, licensed mental health counselors, nurses, patient engagement specialists and trainees in multiple disciplines. Per-diem positions are available.
