Summary:
The DTS Operations Analyst is responsible for the financial management activities of the DTS Department. The position will coordinate, develop, track, and assist in the DTS budget, procurement, and vendor management processes. This position will identify and maintain positive relationships with key vendors, stakeholders, and business units.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the financial management activities of the DTS Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Coordinate and assist in the development, tracking, and management of the DTS budget
* Monitor and control DTS costs to ensure efficient use of resources
* Coordinate all DTS procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management
* Assist in vendor selection for technologies used at the business unit and enterprise level
* Work collaboratively with various business units to deliver business value for existing and new digital technologies
* Prepare and present DTS financial reports and analyses to senior management and other interested parties, where necessary
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the DTS financial and procurement activities
* Assist in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal), bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, grant proposals, and other documentation for technology projects and associated efforts
* Skill in organizational management. This requires the incumbent to plan, organize and schedule priorities efficiently and effectively, meet strict deadlines and successfully cope with challenging situations and conditions

* Bachelor's Degree in Technology

Experience:
Essential:
*Five (5) years' experience in support of enterprise level information systems, applications, and/or infrastructure.
*Three (3) years' experience in technology procurement and vendor management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Nonessential:
* Ten (10) years' experience in support of enterprise level information systems, applications, and/or infrastructure.
* Five (5) years' experience in technology procurement and vendor management.
* Certifications that demonstrate technology and/or business-related competence such as project management, business applications, technology processes, business processes, etc. (e.g. PMP, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, etc.)

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.
A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.
Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
