After successful completion of the probationary period, employee will receive off probation wage increase.


Summary:

This position assists with the development, implementation, and execution of organizational initiatives to support and develop the growth and effectiveness of the organization, working closely with leadership, managers, and employees to identify areas where the organization can make positive changes, and develop and implement strategies to facilitate growth. This position will be the primary lead on assisting with communication strategies across the organization and will also assist in the development, implementation, and execution of organizational change management, employee engagement, and other broad initiatives. The position collaborates closely with the Human Resources (HR) team.


Responsibilities:

* Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
* Provide subject matter expertise and forward-thinking leadership to the Human Resources team and other Tribal leaders, and other stakeholders on the development, communication, and execution of strategic workforce plans.
* Work with the HR and other organizational leaders in the design, development, implementation, integration, and assessments of initiatives to ensure overall organizational effectiveness.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings as needed
* Apply change management methodologies and lead organizational change initiatives, including guiding the change team to ensure successful implementation.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by conducting research, attending seminars, educational workshops, classes, and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies; conferring with representatives of contracting agencies and related organizations
* Develop plans and implement strategies to address upcoming organizational changes with employees, processes, and technology. Assist with fostering employee engagement and organizational alignment through effective internal communication efforts and strategies.
* Building and maintaining solid relationships with leaders and team members, acting as a trusted advisor and change champion.
* Support various HR programs and projects by assisting with the creation and delivery of clear, consistent messages and materials that communicate the vision, benefits, and expectations of various initiatives.
* Develop and maintain reporting metrics, dashboards, and predictive analytics to monitor progress, analyze performance, and provide actionable assessments and results to organizational leaders.
* Lead change management team initiatives.

* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Skill in coaching and consulting management and executive level employees
* Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and change theories.
* Ability to research, strategies and resources and apply to OD initiatives.
* Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management.

Education Requirement - Or A Closely Related Field:

Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.

Nonessential:
* Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.

Credentials:

Essential:
* Driver's License Personal & Tribal Vehicle
* Insurance Required
Nonessential:
* Driver Safety Training
* Society for Human Resources (SHRM) Certification
* Tribal Human Resources Certificate
* Project Management

Credential equivalent experience:
Essential:
* Must obtain a Wisconsin driver's license or occupational driver's license within thirty (30) days of employment if applicant has an out-of-state driver's license.

Must be willing and able to obtain additional related education and training.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.

A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.

Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
