Job Skills / Requirements The Field Manager reports to the Mobile Manager and is responsible for managing company's field operations after business hours. They will ensure Paladin's contractual obligations are met through appropriate deployment of security officers in coordination with Paladin 24/7 Operations Center and the Mobile Division. Team building, supporting, mentoring and supervising our Security Officers in both our Mobile Division and in the field are essential functions of the job. The Field Manager ensures the highest levels of customer service and safety are continually maintained and exceeded by our officers.

Essential Job Duties: 

  • Manage field operations in close coordination with Paladin 24 hour Operations Center, Mobile Division resources, Paladin Officers, and Paladin Management.
  • Exercise high levels of initiative, sound judgement, leadership, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conduct Quality Control Visits and provide in depth feedback to Paladin Management for clients.
  • Assist and cooperate with Mobile Supervisors in coordinating afterhours patrols.
  • Write memos, post orders, and training checklists as required.
  • Deliver paperwork to paladin sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments for client sites.
  • Support Field Staff in emergency situations.
  • Audit Paladin Sites for proper OH&S, technology, and documentation implementation.
  • Fulfill tasks delegated by Client Service Managers and Security Programs Managers and provide informative feedback and recommendations in regard to the site operations
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling Department to ensure all our ongoing staffing needs are met with appropriately trained security officers
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Static and Mobile Security Officers as required.
  • Apply appropriate corrective and disciplinary action when required
  • Ensure that Security Officers in the field have full understanding of required duties and appropriate training to provide highest level of customer service to our clients based on company objectives and our contractual obligations
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into OH&S issues and employee misconduct.
  • Set up and provide logistical support for short term contracts (specials)
  • Write Daily Reports and Incident Reports for review by management the following day.
Schedule: 
  • We are looking for someone who can work SUNDAYS and MONDAYS on permanent basis. 
  • 6pm to 2am (18:00-02:00)
  • $24-28/hour
