Job Description

• Provides leadership, direction and ongoing coaching and training
• Ensures all site staff adhere to all Paladin Security policies and procedures
• Ensures all Security Officers have received the mandatory training
• Ensures proper documentation is passed onto the Field Manager/CSM
• Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
• Communicates any concerts/issues with Supervisor/Client Service Manager
• Manage day to day operations of the mobile department

Requirements:

• Previous security experience is an asset
• Post Secondary education in Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:

• A copy of your immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, Pertussis, and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2) 
• • Completed immunization for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella are required at the time of hire. Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position.

1. Proficient in English (both oral and written)
2. First Aid & CPR – Level C
3. Valid G Ontario Drivers License with minimum driving experience of 3 years
4. Be at least 25 years of age
5. Valid Ontario Security License
6. Authorized to legally work in Canada

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:

1. Able to obtain clearance of a Vulnerable Sector Check
2. Clear background check
3. Must pass drivers abstract. No more than two minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerit points in the last three years
