Are you looking to build a career with one of Canada's top employers? We're seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our Critical Security Team, with a focus on access control and surveillance. This position is ideal for those who are comfortable working in remote areas and are ready for challenging, high-impact security roles.


Locations: Hudson's Hope, Fort St. John, and Chetwynd


What You'll Do

• Conduct surveillance and patrols across Critical Security Team sites, including walking long distances multiple times per shift and navigating potential encounters with wildlife.
• Provide a visible, professional presence on site.
• Perform access control duties by granting or denying access to facilities based on established protocols.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Hold a valid BC Security License
• Possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License and are comfortable with GPS navigation in remote areas
• Are available to work long shifts, including afternoons and graveyards, if needed
• Have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Can function effectively in fast-paced or potentially stressful environments
• Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to prioritize based on the urgency of issues

Certificate Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related) field
