- Providing customer service
- Emergency response
- Frequent patrolling capacity for both interior and exterior
- Monitoring CCTV system
- Conducting inspections
- Overseeing the day-to-day Security Operations of the site.
- Maintaining steady contact and flow of information with the client and the Paladin Management team.
- Several other duties
Required qualifications/skill
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- High standard of dress and deportment
- Able to lift 30lbs
- Able to utilize two-way radio and computer applications
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of data and information
- NVCI Training and MOAB training
- Completion of or willingness to complete Paladin Supervisor training modules 1,2 and 3.
- Decision making
- Report writing skills
- Quick and fair response
- Physical fitness for emergency response
Any officer interested in this position must be capable of working in a team environment as well as working alone.
