Position Summary:

At Penske, one of our core services is our ability to provide an excellent level of customer experience and satisfaction for our truck rental & leasing, contract maintenance, and repair services customers across 750 locations in the US and Canada. Penske's successful operations are driven by our regional, district, and branch location leaders.

This role will provide leadership for the Branch and will work with the District Manager to create and execute our business goals and assure that those goals are met by coordinating the efforts of each department. In this role, you will work with Branch customers to promote revenue growth and direct account management activities, including problem resolution with a purpose of retention and share of wallet growth within our current accounts. This position has direct responsibility for the Branch staff and will collaborate with District staff members on a regular basis. You will be a part of the solution to ensure our organizations competitive edge.

Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 5 years of combined sales and leadership experience including ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior team management with responsibility for direct reports preferred.

This position is located at the Penske facility located at 136 Neelytown Road in Montgomery, NY

Major Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth through existing customer portfolio – Annual quota attainment around Add and Renewal revenue

• Customer Experience – Satisfactory VOC scores and customer retention rates. Includes account management activities.

• Operations Management – Branch meeting district goals. Includes any involvement with Fleet / Assets management.

• Financial / P&L Management – Branch P&L performance

• Talent Management - Branch associate engagement

• Other projects as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.

• 5 years of combined experience in sales and management is required

• Advanced level of experience in Sales is strongly preferred.

• Must have intermediate level of skills with the following:

-Finance & P&L Management

-Talent Management

-Asset Management

• Experience with managing customer satisfaction is required

• Must have prior experience with driving growth, monitoring and impacting P&L, complete asset life cycle management, and planning for annual business plan.

• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal are required

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

Pay: $72,700- $94,500/ annually
