- General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Follow provided Piedmont Protocols and Policy to Perform MRI on IP, ER and OP Patients. Required to Start IVs, PACS and Contrast. Maintain a positive and productive work environment with the current team of Technologist, Nurses, Doctors and Transporters. Body, Neuro, Extremities, Abdominal, Pelvic, Angiogram, We scan most all parts of the body. The exception is No cardiac, breasts only during the week, pacemakers during the week
- Ratio / Census: 1 MRI Room with average daily caseload of 15-25
- Unit Systems: Epic (Required), GE and Siemens (Required)
- Scrub Color: Gray or Black
- RTO: MAX 7 days
- Weekends: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified
- Floating: None
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: New Year's Eve and Day: Sunday, December 31 & Monday, January 1; Memorial Day: Monday, May 27; Independence Day: Thursday, July 4; Labor Day: Monday, September 2; Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday, November 28 & Friday November 29; Christmas Eve and Day: Sunday, December 24 & Monday, December 25
- Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
