Develop and execute strategies to achieve graduate employment objectives.

Secure externship sites through proactive outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, and collaboration with alumni, staff, and Advisory Board members.

Collaborate with instructors to assess students' skills and align them with suitable externship opportunities. Oversee externship interviews and finalize placements with site supervisors.

Maintain consistent communication with current and potential externship sites to monitor availability.

Lead pre-externship workshops to outline expectations and guidelines for students.

Conduct site visits to evaluate student progress, address challenges, and assist site supervisors.

Organize job search workshops, focusing on networking, resume-building, interview preparation, and soft skills development.

Offer ongoing support to graduates, refining job search strategies and enhancing their professional portfolios.

Actively participate in Advisory Board meetings, presenting updates on retention, placement metrics, curriculum adjustments, and graduate feedback.

Represent PMI at campus events, including graduations, job fairs, and marketing initiatives.

Ensure students' documentation (e.g., background checks, certifications, immunizations) is complete before externship placement.

Prepare and review externship packets, record attendance, and track graduate placements using Campus Nexus.

Cultivate partnerships with employers and maintain accurate employer contact records.

Generate placement reports to evaluate student outcomes and meet placement benchmarks.

Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Career Services Coordinator or Campus Director.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment or staffing.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms.

Hourly Hiring Range: $20.80–$24.96
