* NO ER CALL requirement
* Unrestricted call with General Surgeon working weekends and nights
* Base compensation range $575K-675K plus RVU incentive
* Flexible $100K signing bonus options based on provider needs to include student loan repayment, home down payment; can be split part now, part later or offered in one lump sum
* Compensation Goal is 75% MGMA range by 2nd year with 90% range very possible with incentives
* Advanced Practice Provider assistance from 2 NPs
* EMR: CPSI and GI Works
* Main hospital campus 12,000 square foot building with 8 providers and midlevel support, newly renovated facility with new technology
* Capability to run two rooms at a 2:1 and 3:1 configuration/Pre-op to Endoscopy
* Established client base with strong referrals and service line established since 2017
* 25-bed Critical Access hospital with 3 star rating by CMS
* Recognized by Georgia Hospital Association as a Gold Honor Roll member of the Health Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN)
* State of the Art New Olympus America technology includes Colonoscopes, plus Pediatric scope, Gastroscopes, Ultrasound Generator, Linear and Radial Endoscopic Ultrasound Scopes, Retrograde Cholangiopancreatoghraphy, and UNIFIA Scope Tracking System
* Plan to expand equipment with 5 additional colonoscopes and 4 gastroscopes to meet current demand
* Registered with Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center
* Additional financial incentive to reside locally in community
* Schedule: Scope: Tues/Thu, Clinic: Mon, Wed, Admin Day: Friday

* Minimum requirements:
MD or DO Medical Degree
Eligible to be state licensed in the United States
United States Residency and / or Fellowship training
United States Board Eligible or Certified
Fellowship Trained
