Job Summary

The CRM & Email Marketing Specialist plays a critical digital marketing operational and analytical role, leveraging expertise in customer data and marketing automation strategy to continually drive sales and marketing transformation for the entire Prisma Health System. They will be responsible for the management and execution of loyalty email and SMS campaigns on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate demonstrates understanding of email strategy and possesses the technical skills needed to work effectively with customer data, build customer journeys and maintain data hygiene within marketing data platforms. The role will require a mix of technical, strategic and project management skills, and ability to execute and assess the performance of campaigns. Must be able to design and implement email campaigns for enhanced user experience.

Accountabilities

  • Works with strategy and content manager as the end to end manager of all Salesforce campaigns to define, execute and optimize email and marketing automation strategies to increase consumer engagement, loyalty, acquisition, retention and personalization. - 30%

  • Design and build visually compelling emails, establishing best practices for user experience, functional design, and brand alignment with integrated campaigns. - 20% 

  • Establish a strong understanding of the interests and behaviors of customer segments and produce actionable recommendations for growing engagement within each segment. - 20%

  • Oversee administrative functions such as data management and hygiene, automation development and maintenance and regulatory compliance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. - 10%

  • Collaborate with strategy and content teams, as well as senior leaders of business units and other system stakeholders to deliver CRM campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives. - 10%

  • Oversee the monitoring of KPIs and ROI, produce and communicate insights, and continually test as needed to drive core business metrics. -10%

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive
 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business, marketing, quantitative or related field

  • 3 years experience - Relevant marketing, CRM, consumer journey experience, Marketing Cloud Consultant

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

  • CRM Platform

  • Email sending platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Experience with analytics technologies, platforms and solutions across marketing, business and media spectrums. Working knowledge of multiple platform types

  • HTML and SQL - Preferred

  • Microsoft Excel
