Our team includes providers and professionals in primary care and specialties such as allergy, cardiology, dermatology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, and more.

 

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to join our dedicated team at the Waterford Urgent Care Clinic. This position supports a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is ideal for candidates who are flexible, team-focused, and committed to providing excellent patient care.

 

Schedule:
• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Monday: Off

ProHealth Care – Waterford Clinic
 

What You Will Do:
• Assist with patient care including rooming, vital signs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection
• Administer medications as directed by providers and document in the electronic health record (EPIC)
• Support urgent care workflow and coordination
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and team members
• Flex to support other ProHealth clinics if needed

 

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Prior experience in urgent care or a similar fast-paced ambulatory setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Experience with EPIC is a plus
