Clinical Support Associate Sleep Center – Delafield | Full Time – Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 clinic days + 1 chart prep day

As a Clinical Support Associate (CSA), you will be part of a collaborative team supporting patients with a wide range of sleep disorders—from insomnia and sleep apnea to restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Our Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and staffed by board-certified sleep specialists, Sleep Techs, and dedicated support staff. This role blends direct patient care with administrative and clinical support duties, and will include scribing for physicians.
What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate clinical support for patients undergoing sleep evaluations and follow-up care
- Assist with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, updating health histories, and facilitating patient education
- Support physicians with documentation and chart prepping to ensure smooth and efficient visits
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life for patients with sleep challenges
