Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) is a 33 bed tertiary obstetrics center that provides 24/7 multidisciplinary care to women and their families, delivering near 1,750 babies per year. As the LDRP Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical and operational leadership for Labor, Delivery, Postpartum, and Recovery. This includes:
Leading a high-performing clinical team with 24/7 accountability for safe, quality care
Ensuring compliance with nursing practice standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Managing department resources, staffing plans, and financial performance
Driving quality improvement, professional development, and cultural competency
Fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion
Advancing strategic goals while embracing evidence-based practice and innovation
What You Will Need:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in nursing
