WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Dynamic 365 (“D365”) Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our client's business needs and drive digital transformation. Job duties include:

  • Work with internal and external partners to design, develop, and deploy enhancements within the D365 environment including modifications to functional processes, reporting, and integrations with other systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform gap/fit analysis between D365 functionality and organizational requirements.
  • Document functional requirements and software designs.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft technologies and third-party systems, such as Azure services, Office 365, SharePoint, and external databases.
  • Configure and maintain security roles, data entities, workflows, business rules, and other Dynamics 365 components as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
  • Stay current with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps and evaluate their applicability to our business.
  • Other duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and configuration.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps development, including experience with canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Power Apps portals.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, including Common Data Service (CDS), Power Automate (formerly Flow), Solver and BI tools.
  • Experience integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft technologies and third-party systems using connectors, APIs, and custom integrations.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are a plus.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is a hybrid position based, in part, in the Corporate Headquarters consisting of a traditional office setting and a combination of your professional home office with a possibility for the position to be remote. This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
