Why We Have This Role
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to unite our Integrated and Field Marketing teams and extend the reach of our campaigns to a broader set of accounts. You'll play a crucial part in converting integrated marketing leads into real pipeline through scalable digital, virtual, and in-person programs. Your work will expand the impact of our marketing, bringing innovative demand generation activities to a wider audience while ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.How You'll Find Success
- Identify and scale marketing programs globally, adapting for regional and industry needs without losing brand cohesion.
- Build relationships and drive alignment with Integrated, Field, and Regional Marketing teams for maximum impact.
- Envision and deliver creative marketing campaigns that engage, delight, and convert target audiences.
- Manage complex, multi-channel campaigns and virtual events with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Continuously analyze program data and use insights to drive improvements in pipeline and revenue.
- Shape new team structures, processes, and best practices within an evolving, collaborative environment.

Things You'll Do
- Plan and execute global virtual experiences—such as webinars, demos, and roundtables—to move prospects and accounts through the funnel.
- Lead the creation and delivery of impactful Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, working in close partnership with Sales.
- Ideate, launch, and scale new marketing activities and nurture programs focused on driving demand at scale for untapped segments and accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize tactics, and use A/B testing to drive efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to continually innovate and accelerate demand generation strategies.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- 4-6 years of B2B demand generation or field marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinar, ON24, or similar)
- Proven expertise in ABM strategy and execution
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills for measuring and optimizing programs
- Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
- Preferred: AI-driven marketing campaign experience, background in Sales/Revenue/Marketing Ops, proficiency in marketing attribution, and event/digital marketing certifications

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
