UX Design Intern

How You'll Find Success
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals for your assigned projects
- Solve interaction design challenges with support and guidance from senior UX designers
- Create wireframes and prototypes for important user task flows
- Participate in UX team meetings and design reviews
- Apply insights from usability studies to improve designs
- Engage directly with customers to understand their use cases and needs
- Experiment with various interactive prototyping tools and techniques
How You'll Grow
- Develop skills in translating business goals and requirements into tangible user-facing solutions
- Refine your information architecture, interaction design, and visual design skills through mentorship with our UX team
- Gain insight into how UX teams function within a successful enterprise software company

- Work alongside UX researchers to conduct and analyze usability studies

Things You'll Do
- Design high-fidelity wireframe for multi-step workflows that simplify the customer journey
- Participate in UX team critiques, providing and receiving valuable feedback
- Transform usability study data into concrete UI improvements that enhance the user experience
- Incorporate modern interaction design standards and trends to create intuitive enterprise products
- Experiment with AI-assisted design tools and technologies to streamline your work, generate ideas, and enhance your prototyping capabilities
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Current enrollment in a degree program in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field
- A portfolio of work showcasing design process, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Understanding of user research techniques and experience evaluating user needs
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for presenting your work and telling the story of a design challenge
- Demonstrated creativity in solving design problems with user-friendly solutions
- Genuine passion for improving user experience, and understanding design's impact on improving peoples' experiences

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
