We are hiring an Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to take over the practice of a busy foot and ankle specialist. We are seeking a surgeon who has exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills to join our Orthopedic Surgery & Rehabilitation Associates team in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Practice Overview
Orthopedic Surgery & Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is a midsized orthopedic practice seeking a board certified/board eligible foot & ankle fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon. The group consists of 6-7 Physicians, 2 mid-levels, and a fully staffed Physical and Occupational Therapy department.

Qualifications
The Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon shall use his or her best efforts to discharge the following duties:
- A network champion for Orthopedic Surgery and a passion for the clinical work
- Fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery
- Establish good working relationships with primary care physicians, other specialists, and all other potential referral sources.
- Create a culture of service and excellence with staff, referral sources, patients, and peers.
- Contribute to quality patient outcomes and assure compliance as set forth by OSRA, LLC, Holy Redeemer Health System, or other designated group or agency.
- Complete all the necessary documentation for the billing of services at all practice locations in a timely and thorough manner.
- Participate in appropriate professional societies and accrue CME credits to fulfill hospital as well as licensure requirements and participatory qualifications for all insurance plans.
- Attend and participate in all orthopedic meetings, subspecialty conferences and business meetings as appropriate.
- Participate in community education and scientific programs as may be delegated or assigned to the orthopedic surgeon.
- Conform to protocols and evidence based guidelines for the appropriate care of all orthopedic patients.
- Provide consultations at the request of attending physicians and patients at appropriate affiliated health systems.
- Develop and maintain a robust clinical surgical practice.
- Provide professional services in locations designated by the practice to enhance the breadth of orthopedic services to the community.
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
- Certification by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or Board Eligible
