This role is supporting Huntswood a ResultsCX Company. The Software Developer will work in a small team to build innovative and efficient applications that enhance the delivery of the staff. This role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation and new technologies, then designing and implementing those solutions.

UK Shift
In this role you will:
- • Design, develop, and maintain web applications
• Develop small desktop applications and utilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Create and maintain database schemas to support application requirements
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, resilience and scalability
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Proven experience as a full stack Developer with languages:
o C# (mandatory)
o Python
o PHP
• Experience developing Windows applications in .NET
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally, frameworks like Angular or React
• Proficiency in defining managing database schemas using SQL Server or other relational or Timeseries databases, especially MariaDB, RDS, MSSQL, OpenTSDB
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Able to work in small teams
• Taking responsibility for a wide range of existing systems
• Able to write enterprise applications from the ground up
• Ability to function standalone when needed and provide advice in architecting solutions
