Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Stirling, AB.  As an Administrative Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the location team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative, operational and general office duties

  • Process accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • Prepare communication materials

  • Assist in product logistics and grain sampling

Qualifications:

  • Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role

  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Valid driver's licence is required

  • An agriculture background is considered an asset
