Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Loan Delivery Specialist to join our HomeAmerican Mortgage team. This position will assist the Manager and department personnel with the receipt of closed loan documents and upload to LOS. The Loan Delivery Specialist will also assist with review and audit of loan documents for accuracy and compliance with various guidelines and delivery of loan documents to investors as necessary.
Responsibilities
Essential job functions are as follows:
- Receive incoming closed loan packages and scan documents into loan origination system as appropriate.
- Also receive and scan any incoming trailing documents and final loan documents. Review and audit loan documents for accuracy and compliance with company, investor, agency and regulatory guidelines.
- Report any deficiencies to appropriate parties and input into loan origination system. Assist department personnel with the proper preparation of collateral packages to appropriate warehouse lender as necessary and in accordance with lender and company requirements.
- Ensure that collateral, credit files and/or final documents are delivered in accordance with applicable investor deadlines.
- Assist department personnel with electronic loan deliveries to GSE investors, ie. FNMA, FHLMC and/or GNMA. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 6 months – 1 year Mortgage Banking experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic mortgage banking documents and origination or post-closing functions.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000-$65,000
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary,
