RVCC is looking to hire an Assistant Coordinator for Intakes # Utilization Management (UM) for our School-Based Program! River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s Mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. We do that with honesty, respect, and dignity for our clients, visitors, and staff. We do that through expert and compassionate care, education, community partnerships, fostering innovation, and by inspiring hope in all we touch.# We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all. # Overview of Job Responsibilities: Conduct 8-10 diagnostic/intake assessments of children and adolescents per week. Provide shadowing opportunities for new clinicians during intakes. Oversee Utilization Management for the School Program (about 60% of the position).# This includes:# Assisting in the completion of UM for school-based charts Identifying quality concerns among clinical documentation Supporting audit completion Making recommendations to the supervisor team regarding quality assurance Other related tasks. Develop and oversee documentation support for clinicians. This may include hosting virtual documentation times, paperwork question/support hours, 1:1 coaching with clinicians, and planning documentation events/parties. Attend weekly school leadership/coordination meetings and support team efforts to manage the school-based program. Other duties as assigned. # Job Requirements: Education Level - Master#s degree with a concentration in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or social work Years of Experience - One to three years# experience as a mental health clinician or social worker Licensing - Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LMFT or LICSW required Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession. # Benefits: Generous time off benefits for eligible positions Exclusive employee discounts Excellent and affordable insurance including health, vision, dental and pet insurance Free access to VHS Fitness # Relaxation center Mileage reimbursement# 403b match CEU reimbursement up to $1,000 per year Tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 per year Retention Payments offered to license and license eligible clinicians!
