Summary

The Account Executive, National Accounts OnPremise, will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with key regional/ strategic national chains and suppliers in the beverage alcohol industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual OnPremise business plans to drive sales, expand market share, execute supplier KPIs, indirectly manage field sales and connect teams for chain compliance, and maximize revenue opportunities within the OnPremise segment. Your primary objective will be to grow business with existing chains and identify and secure new business opportunities.

In this role, you will
  • Foster relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to build customer business plans and secure brand resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for specific account needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and training to educate customers and boost sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Provide product education to enhance customer knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for strategic adjustments.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, network at events, and ensure compliance with regulations.
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus). Four to Six years of proven track record of success in sales, chain account management, or business development within the beverage industry. Ability to occasionally work evening hours and weekends to support customer needs. Ability to travel outside of market or state 50% of the time and support chains within an assigned territory.
