Summary

The Director of Sales Technology Implementation will lead the strategic management of third-party software vendors that drive critical business operations. This key role bridges Sales, Portfolio Management, and Commercial Finance teams, ensuring seamless technology integration and delivering outstanding results.

In this role, you will
  • Serves as the business relationship linkage between third party vendors and RNDC Sales/Portfolio Management/Commercial Finance business units and IT at the executive level.
  • Communicates decisions, priorities and relative project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding Sales, Portfolio Management, and Commercial Finance business units requests, projects, and initiatives.
  • Provides expert strategic and tactical consulting level support and guidance focused on Pricing technology solutions and utilization.
  • Proactively shares knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales, Portfolio Management, and Commercial Finance business units.
  • Focuses on strategic initiatives and plans. Is proactive, anticipatory, and driving in nature and provides significant value to the Sales, Portfolio Management, and Commercial Finance business units in regards to Pricing technology.
  • Facilitates the planning and execution of business changes through the use of technology.
  • Serves a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology.
  • Proactively serves as a Subject Matter expert and is the primary point of contact for Sales, Commercial Finance and Business Process Management executives, managers and key contacts and representatives on pricing technology based initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains successful partnerships with IT leadership and RNDC Sales, Commercial Finance, and Business Permfrmance Management leadership.
  • Project lead for pricing technology implementation in new markets, including organization and delivery of project timelines, such as data integration, testing, production, and training business users.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 10–15 years of related experience in sales technology, business operations, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, business development, or sales, working across diverse and complex business units.
  • Strong understanding of market pricing, business development, and financial mechanisms.
  • Exceptional ability to interpret complex documents, respond to sensitive inquiries, and deliver persuasive presentations to senior leadership and public audiences.
  • Proficiency in calculations related to business operations (e.g., interest, discounts, commissions) and basic algebra.
  • Expertise with pricing software, Microsoft Excel, ERPs (e.g., Oracle, ASW), and data analysis tools like MicroStrategy.
  • Skilled at problem-solving, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions in abstract or technical scenarios.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% during implementation periods.
