Summary

RNDC is seeking an engaging Manager of IT Business Engagement to serve as a vital link between technology solutions and business objectives. In this role, you will offer business advisory services, shape solution definitions, and provide technical leadership to ensure the seamless alignment of technology solutions with the unique demands of our business. Your success in this position will be driven by your exceptional communication skills, aptitude for building strong business relationships, and organizational prowess, all within the context of a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. 

In this role, you will
  • Provides business advisory services, solution definitions, and technical leadership 
  • Partners with business and IT associates on projects and work, including prioritization of projects/work 
  • Portfolio Management, including demand shaping and exploration of new and emerging technologies 
  • Responsible for understanding the business strategy within your portfolio 
  • Analyzes processes for efficiencies 
  • Develops team members through strong management skills 
  • Tracks budget for team and work spend 
  • Creates strategic roadmap and vision for technologies within portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise technologies and platforms 
  • Provides input and leads partnerships within portfolio 
  • Designs, creates, and maintains technical strategic direction within portfolio 
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business required 
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred 
  • At least 5 years of increasing role responsibility 
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and successful business value delivery
