SummaryRNDC is looking for an Innovative and Energetic Spec Comm Intell Support I. Collaborates with key stakeholders as well as other corporate teams to support the successful completion of project initiatives that enhance RNDC's Commercial Intelligence applications. This position is responsible for acting as a key project resource on corporate projects that impact internal and external Commercial Intelligence users at all levels. This position interacts regularly with project managers and resources, stakeholders, Corporate IT and Commercial Sales team members, executive leaders, and commercial intelligence application users at all levels.
In this role, you will- Act as a key project resource on corporate projects related to RNDC Commercial Intelligence (CI) applications, with responsibilities including but not limited to: o Participation in analysis and design phases of application development o Extensive testing of new user interfaces or modifications to existing user interfaces o MicroStrategy object and report development of MicroStrategy testing, analysis, and data validation in multiple environments o Development of technical system and reporting documentation o Coordination and delivery of user implementation training o Coordination of user communication related to project implementations of Work closely with key business users and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and met o Collaborate consistently with other corporate teams on project tasks (i.e. Data Quality, Alpha Support, Network Management, MicroStrategy Administrators, Database Administrators, Salesforce Support, and Web Development) to Ensure knowledge transfer of new project initiatives with all Commercial Intelligence Support team members to assist in successful user support
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of training curriculums on RNDC CI applications in written and/or video formats.
- Coordinate and deliver user training on RNDC CI applications to users at various levels across all markets as needed.
- Provide backup support as needed to identify, troubleshoot, track, escalate, and resolve customer issues through use of the OTRS ticket system for RNDC supported CI applications including but not limited to MicroStrategy, Sales Force Goals, POD Goals, Supplier Goals, Point Value Goals, and any future applications.
- Coaches Associates, Supervisors, and Mid-Level Managers and acts as intermediary to resolve issues.
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Two or more years of working experience and knowledge in supporting the decision making of Sales Management. Understanding of RNDC's business model and practices, including Sales and Operations. Experience in providing training to user groups of various sizes preferred. Ability to form strong working relationships with corporate team members as well as business users and stakeholders at all levels. Travel may be required with this position at approximately 20%.
