Title: Clinic Liaison - Ambulatory Head & Neck Clinic

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Ambulatory Services - Head & Neck/Plastic & Reconstructive Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to provide essential support to patients, families, and providers across our clinical services. This role serves as a key point of communication, ensuring patients and their families receive timely and accurate information throughout their treatment or medical procedures. The position facilitates seamless coordination between clinics, operating room providers, PACU, ICU, and patient families to ensure continuity of care both inside and outside the clinic setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient flow in the ambulatory center, supporting providers during clinic hours, and assisting with the connection of patients from community and clinical referrals for assessment and treatment. This role also helps patients and providers access necessary resources and services, ensuring efficient navigation through Roswell Park. Additionally, the position collaborates with internal departments and external outreach programs—including local and regional health centers—to promote timely cancer care and encourage treatment adherence. The individual will serve as a knowledgeable resource for hospitals, screening facilities, public health units, state health departments, physicians, patients, the general public, volunteers, and students seeking information about Roswell Park's services. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in a health related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support; or
2. Associate's degree in a health related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support.
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
