• Number of beds: 209 in the hospital
• Number of Staff: 27
• Type of staff: Day Shift – 7RN Case Managers, 5 Social Workers, 1 Case Management Assistant
• Night Shift – 1 Social Worker for ED coverage only
• Patient Ratios – RN: 1:25, SW: 1:40
• Type of equipment – Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs)
• EMR – Midas, Meditech, Interqual, and Care Port
• Typical procedures performed on unit(s): Care Coordination, Discharge Planning
