• ACLS, BCLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National, State License 1 Verification

Job Details
• 2 years experience required (experience with Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility)
• Unit accepts first time travelers
• Out of state travelers only
• Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry
• Target Ratios: 1:3
• Shift: 4x12 Nights 18:45-07:15
• Call Requirement: None
• Float Requirement: Traveler will float to a medsurg assignment if no SCU level patient on unit.
• Weekend Requirement: Off every third weekend
• Patient Diagnoses: COVID, Respiratory Distress, Post Cardiac Arrest, DKA, Cardiac Dysrhythmia requiring IV drips
• ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24/7. Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.
• Telemetry monitoring. Capnography capabilities.
• Omnicell, CERNER, SBAR
• UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs - Two twelve hour shifts for orientation.
• SCRUBS: Navy Blue

• 4x12 Nights 18:45-07:15
• Off every third weekend

• Special Procedures / Unit Details: ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24/7. Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.

• Unit Systems (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, CERNER, SBAR
• Unit Orientation: 24hrs - Two twelve hour shifts for orientation.
