RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Geriatrician to Join Our Team in Hamilton, NJ
RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Geriatrician for employment at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton in Hamilton, NJ. The qualified candidate will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Primary Care and the System Chair of Geriatrics and Palliative Care.
The Geriatrician will work with a team of fellowship-trained Geriatricians to provide direct patient care. This is a full-time position, with inpatient, outpatient, and teaching responsibilities. The candidate will be expected to maintain and promote relationships with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior communities and other local institutions where geriatrics care and education are provided.

Position Requirements:
- Fellowship trained and board-certified in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics or Family Medicine.
- Mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
- Provide outpatient consultations at assigned assisted living facilities.
- All candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- A commitment to excellence in care and service.
- Participate in community-based and hospital-based educational programs.
