Job Description :

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Analyst to join our Data & AI product team. This role is suite for someone who loves data and is passionate about leveraging AI to deliver innovative customer-facing AI and Data Products. You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations, while also supporting AI and ML initiatives that support our vision of enabling a proactive supply chain.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while contributing to impactful, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple product teams in analyzing customer, operations and IoT data sets.
  • Write SQL queries and perform data analysis across multiple database and data warehouse systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar BI/visualization tools).
  • Translate data into actionable insights that influence strategy, product enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business-critical questions and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on productizing ML-based solutions
  • Collaborate on Generative AI initiatives, contributing to prompt engineering, observability

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake (or other cloud data warehouses).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI/visualization tools.
  • Ability to perform exploratory data analysis, identify patterns, and communicate insights.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows (e.g., preparing datasets, feature analysis, monitoring models).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to Python or R for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience working with LLM, ML or other AI technologies.
  • Background in SaaS, transportation, or technology industries.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar field
  • Two (2) years or more 2 - 3 years working with large data sets, reporting and, analysis required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type :

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$90,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$95,000.00
