SAIC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Hanahan, SC location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Create and schedule transportation shipment request.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Five (5)+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Office 365 is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using office software, databases, and document management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or executive schedules.
