SAIC is seeking an Advanced Operations Course-Intelligence Support to ADA (AOC-IST ADA) Course Manager/MI Trainer to join our IWF TO in support of the 32nd AAMDC.
This role will sit in El Paso, Texas.
In this role, you will conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Develop instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develop student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
- Assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
- Collaborate with customer or internal functional organization to develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content.
- Create course content, training materials, visual aids and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).
- Develop exam materials and responsible for testing and qualitative evaluation of participant's attainment of learning objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed.
- Administer training programs to meet student needs, which may require post-training follow up to determine applicability of course material or training approaches.
- Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Manage and Train Military Intelligence support to AAMDC and subordinate Air Defense Artillery (ADA).
- Manage, build, facilitate guest instructors, and train AOC-IST ADA course material at least twice per year.
- Collaborate with customer to identify, develop, build, and train MI personnel career development course material.
- Provide exercise support as an Advisor, Observer, and/or mentor in support to the 32nd AAMDC and subordinate ADA BDEs.
- Act as 32nd AAMDC Military Intelligence personnel career development training manager.
- Advise and recommend soldier training plan along with financial planning/execution to 32nd AAMDC G-2.
- Identify train the trainer opportunities with willingness to attend training courses w/ intent to provide training to assigned MI personnel
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Able to access to North Atlantic Treaty Organization Information
- Able to access to classified foreign government information
- Able to access to Secret Internet Protocol Router Network
- Able to access to Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System
- Graduate of the Digital Intelligence Systems Master Gunner (DISMG) Course or able to complete (if required)
- Shall be an Intelligence subject matter expert with tactical and/or strategic intelligence analyst experience; shall have experience with Joint Intelligence Concepts and Intelligence Tools Minimum four (4) years or more experience of Intelligence support to 32nd AAMDC, subordinate Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Brigades (BDE) and/or Integrated Air and Missile Defense.
Clearance:
Candidate must have an active TS/SI clearance
