SAIC is offering a summer 2025 internship opportunity for college students committed to a major in business or related fields. Internship will provide hands-on experience in analysis and improvement of business processes, particularly in IT environments. Positions offer mentorship, structured training, and exposure to leadership talent, preparing interns for entry-level roles in business process management.

This is a paid internship opportunity.

Business Process Analyst Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the analysis and improvement of business processes, particularly in IT environments.
• Assist in the design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Change Management processes to ensure all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, reviewed, and validated to support a State & Local government customer.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a strong record of academic achievement with anticipated graduation prior to May of 2026.
• Reside in Richmond, VA area while in the internship program

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience or internship in analyzing and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct searches and evaluations of new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in various phases of process improvement and change implementation.
