Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sophisticated documentation tracking system to support all ERB/CCB change packages and associated procurement, test planning, cyber documentation, and MOAs.
Create and implement lifecycle CM program plans to integrate CM requirements into system acquisition strategies, sustainment plans, engineering plans, and contract requirements.
Establish and nurture strong working relationships with procurement and technical staff, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
Collect, analyze, and prepare critical data for program reviews, configuration audits, management meetings, and design/status reviews.
Manage and maintain the enclave configuration baseline, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and audited.
Conduct configuration audits and provide quality assurance to maintain product baseline integrity.
- Maintain and oversee a comprehensive documentation repository.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline and 9 or more years of relevant experience
Active DoD Top Secret or DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
3 or more years of experience in configuration management within an IT environment
Proven expertise in release management and change control processes
Proficient in change management methodologies and best practices
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Certifications in Change/Configuration Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CICM)
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Proficiency in using and administering SharePoint
Familiarity with drawing standards and tools
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
