SAIC is looking to hire a Data Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Job Duties:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate reports as requested by management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, as needed.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and (3) three years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
